Frequently asked questions
- How long does identity verification take?
- KYC is reviewed manually by our team, usually within a business day. You'll get a notification the moment your status changes.
- Which network can I use to deposit USDT?
- Use one of the supported networks shown on the deposit screen, for example TRON (TRC-20). Always send USDT on the exact network shown for your address. Sending on a different or unsupported network may result in permanent loss of funds.
- How does a peer-to-peer trade work?
- USDT is held in escrow while you and your counterparty settle the ETB payment off-platform. Only release a trade once you've confirmed you received payment.
- Why is a trade or withdrawal asking for my 2FA code?
- Money actions require a step-up two-factor check to keep your funds safe. Enter the code from your authenticator app to continue.
Stay safe from scams
Mehaleq staff will never ask for your password, 2FA codes, or to move funds outside the platform. Keep all trade communication and payments within Mehaleq, and only release a trade after you have confirmed payment.
